Authorize the City Manager to vote “Yes” on the Greater Kaweah Groundwater Sustainability Agency ballot to assess property owners in that GSA $10 per acre to operate the GSA – as this applies to two City-owned properties outside of the Mid-Kaweah Groundwater Sustainability Agency.
