Authorize the City Manager to appropriate $250,000 from the Waste Water Treatment Plant Fund (431) for the Mission Linen Soil Remediation Project that is occurring with the Mineral King/Santa Fe Sewer Repair Project (CP0377); to fund soil remediation generally located at and near the Mineral King/Santa Fe Street and Mineral King/Tipton Street intersections.
