Consider adopting Resolution 2020-47 appointing to the City Council Phil Cox, District 1, and Brett Taylor, District 2 for the term ending in November 2024. Since no other resident in Visalia filed to run for City Council in these Districts for the Tuesday, November 3, 2020 election, these appointments may be made in accordance with California Election Code §10229.
