Adopt Resolution 2020-44, authorizing the City Manager to submit a letter and extraterritorial service agreement for Sequoia Gateway Business Park, located on the southeast corner of State Route 99 and Caldwell Avenue, to Tulare County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) for approval. Upon approval by LAFCo and without any major changes, authorize the City Manager to execute the extraterritorial service agreement. In addition, authorization to appropriate $100,000 from the Waste Water Fund (431), not to exceed, in order to cover cost associated with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) permits and permissions to traverse the Visalia Airport. Funds will be reimbursed by Sequoia Gateway per the service agreement.
