Authorization to accept a Grant for $77,275 funded by 2020/21 Alcohol Policing Partnership Grant (APP) and administered by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC). Authorize the Chief of Police to execute an agreement related thereto, and appropriate the expenditures to provide enforcement, education, and compliance related to alcohol related crimes.  In addition, adopt Resolution 2020-39 to administration of said grant.
