Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Community Development Block Grant, CARES Act (CDBG-CV) funding; 2) Approve amendments related to Citizens Participation Plan, CDBG and HOME funds; and 3) Provide authorization for “Regulatory Waivers” of Community Planning and Development (CPD), specifically (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Grant Programs in Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
