Authorize City Manager to execute two contracts for a one (1) year Facility Use Agreement of the softball complex at Riverway Sports Park for the purpose of youth softball games. Contracts shall be between 1. City and Visalia Youth Softball Association 2. City and Kaweah Little League Softball.
