Authorize the Grant Awards for the Visalia Measure N Youth Grant Program in the total amount of $75,000 to the following four (4) organizations: Arts Visalia for $5,000; Boys & Girls Club of the Sequoias for $22,474; ProYouth for $27,526; and Visalia PAL for $20,000.
