Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with T-Mobile to purchase mobile devices and service piggybacking the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) competitively bid agreement with a one-time equipment purchase of $31,735 and annual service not to exceed $150,000 renewable annually for up to 5 years.
