Authorization to accept and appropriate State Funding from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Tobacco Enforcement Section for the STAKE (Stop Tobacco Access to Kids Enforcement) Grant in the amount of $30,204, adopt Resolution 2019-49 regarding the grant to be executed and authorize the Chief of Police to execute the Grant Agreement.
