1) Award the construction contracts and authorize the City Manager to execute agreements for RFB 19-20-11, SR 198/Akers Street Interchange Improvement Project in the amount of $4,491,467.50 and Major Street Rehabilitation, Akers Street in the amount of $790,790.00 for a combined total of $5,282,257.50 to Yarbs Grading and Paving, Inc. and 2) Appropriate $170,790 from Measure R Local Funds (131).
