Request authorization to reject bids received for RFB 19-20-04 to haul and dispose of decommissioned split trash cans, direct Staff to perform all work associated to dispose of decommissioned split trash cans, appropriate $340,000 from the Solid Waste Fund (fund 441) and authorize staff to award a rental agreement with Bejac Corporation in an amount not to exceed $120,000.
