Public Hearing to approve and appropriate the recommended expenditures, and accept the State of California fiscal year 2019-20 Citizens Option for Public Safety (COPS) Program funds of $209,457, as well as $115,851 from fiscal year 2018-19 COPS Growth Fund, for a total allocation of $325,308; and adopt Resolution 2019-46 regarding the grant to be executed.
