Authorization to submit a grant proposal for the Prop. 68 Recreational Trails and Greenways Grant Program through the State of California Natural Resources Agency to complete a section of the Greenway Trail Project from Mill Creek to St. Johns Trail, approval of Resolution 2019-47, and pursuing official naming of the trail currently referred to as the SCE Greenway Trail Project.
