Request that Council approve appropriation of funds and authorization to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Architecture and Engineering (A/E) Consulting Services for the planning and design of the Public Safety Facility (PSF) Project. Staff is also requesting that Council consider designating two members of the City Council to sit on a committee to review Consultant RFPs and act as liaisons of the Council throughout the entire planning and design of the Project. This is similar to the Council participation that occurred with the Visalia Emergency Communication Center (VECC) project. (Continued from Work Session if needed)
