First reading of Ordinance 2019-08 to repeal and replace or amend Chapter 2.28 Title 2 of City of Visalia Municipal Code and to authorize staff to submit this adopted ordinance to the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) Preparedness Branch for review for continued compliance and accreditation; and Adoption of Resolution 2019-42, a resolution to confirm the City’s compliance with the rules and regulations established by Cal OES concerning disaster service worker volunteers.
