Authorize the City Manager to execute an Emergency Medical and Pharmaceutical Supplies contract with Bound Tree Medical LLC to supply emergency medical supplies and emergency pharmaceutical supplies to the Visalia Fire Department. The contract amount shall not exceed $50,000.00 per year. This is a “piggyback” contract and will be for one year with an option to renew for one additional year to coincide with the City of Fremont contract termination date of June 30, 2021, for a maximum of 2 years. (Spending over the three previous fiscal years has ranged from $31,454 to $39,801 but did not include narcotic medication as included in this proposed agreement.)
