Adoption of Resolutions: 1.) Intention to renew the Downtown Visalia Property and Business Improvement District V (DTVPBID) for ten (10) years; 2.) Intention to modify the term of DTVPBID IV from 10 years to 9 years. In addition, initiate the Proposition 218 balloting process to complete the renewal of the DTVPBID V; and set July 15, 2019 as the date of the public hearings to receive public testimony regarding the renewal and modification of the DTVPBID.
