Public Hearing regarding the Property Assessed Clean Energy program (PACE) which authorizes local governments to create property tax finance districts to issue long-term financing to eligible property owners, who voluntary choose to request such financing, to install solar and energy efficiency projects. The hearing is to consider revocation of some or all previous resolutions authorizing these programs in the City of Visalia. (Resolutions 2019-22, 2019-23 and 2019-24 required to repeal)
