Authorize change order No. 1, reducing the amount of the contract by -$268,205.97; and 3.) Authorize the use of $50,000.00 of 2016 CDBG funds towards the Community Garden project; and 4.) Award any of the remaining bid items to the selected Contractor within the overall approved project budget (as available); and 5.) Appropriate $21,500.00 from the General Fund to CIP 0268 to cover City staff time not covered by the project grants (HRPP & CDBG). (CIP: 1010-72000/CP0268-999 & 6110-72000/CP0269-999).
