Hurley Avenue (APNs: 085-540-001, 002, 005, 006): A) Certification of Negative Declaration No. 2018-74, for Annexation No. 2018-01 (Hurley). Resolution No. 2019-05 required; and B) Initiation of Proceedings for Annexation No. 2018-01 a request by Garry & Diane Riezebos, and The Rector, Wardens & Vestrymen of St. Paul’s Parish in Visalia, CA. Inc. to annex four properties totaling approximately 7.43 acres into the City Limits of Visalia; and C) Authorize the detachment from County Service Area No. 1 in accordance with State and County requirements; and D) Authorize the City Manager to sign and enter into a Pre-Annexation Agreement (Resolution No. 2019-04 required).
