Authorization to conduct a consolidated dispatch update study, funded jointly by the City of Porterville, City of Tulare, and County of Tulare, with the City of Visalia being the lead agency. Request to appropriate $100,000 from the General Fund for this purpose, $71,993 of which will be reimbursed to the City of Visalia from the other participating agencies.
