Introduction of Ordinance No. 2018-17 authorizing the lease of approximately 68,000 square feet of property at the Visalia Municipal Airport to Optimal Aviation, Inc, for the purpose of constructing a second corporate aircraft hangar, for $2,152.48 per month, adjusted annually based on the California Consumer Price Index and approve the encumbrance of the lease to allow the tenant to finance the project.
