Second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 2018-03 and revision of Visalia Municipal Code section 8.28, Garbage Collection, with the revised chapter to be renamed "Solid Waste Collection and Disposal". Revisions incorporate recent State mandates related to recycling as well as upcoming changes to a 3-can residential collection system and updated administrative and enforcement provisions.
