1) Authorize the City Manager to execute Memoranda of Understanding by and between the City of Visalia and the following employee bargaining units: a. Police Officers (City of Visalia Bargaining Group B) for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2020; b. Firefighters (City of Visalia Bargaining Group G), for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2020; c. Miscellaneous Employees (City of Visalia Bargaining Group M) for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2020; 2) Authorize changes to terms and conditions of employment by and between the City of Visalia and employees in the Confidential/Unrepresented and Department Head groups and adopt the associated Compensation and Benefit Summaries; 3) Adopt the attached salary schedule reflecting approved salary increases.
