1) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of Understanding by and between the City of Visalia and Police Managers and Supervisors (City of Visalia Bargaining Group A) for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2020; 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of Understanding by and between the City of Visalia and Miscellaneous Supervisors and Managers (City of Visalia Bargaining Group E), for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2020; and 3) Authorize changes to terms and conditions of employment by and between the City of Visalia and employees in the Confidential/Unrepresented and Department Head groups.
