Authorize the City Manager to: 1) Award the construction contract for RFB 17-18-52, FFY 16-17 Major Street Rehabilitation – Houston Ave, to Agee Construction Corporation, in the amount of $3,735,435.60; 2) Approve Change Order 1 in the amount of -$60,783.50; 3) Appropriate an additional $1,500,000 from the Gas Tax Fund; and 4) Transfer a total of $975,000.00 to this project from the following: CP0199-Measure R Regional ($300K) and CP0246-Measure N ($675K) to this Project (CIP: 2370-72000/CP0265-999).
