First reading of Ordinance 2018-03 and discussion of proposed revisions to Visalia Municipal Code Section 8.28, Garbage Collection, with the revised chapter to be renamed “Solid Waste Collection and Disposal”. (Revisions incorporate recent State mandates related to recycling, as well as upcoming changes to a 3-can collection system, and updated administrative and enforcement provisions).
