Conduct the first of two Public Hearings to amend the 2017/18 Measure N Spending Plan to appropriate $157,100 to fund Body-Worn Cameras (BWC) using Measure N fund balance. Reimbursement in the amount of $153,000 will be provided by the Department of Justice’s Body-Worn Camera Policy and Implementation Grant. The second Public Hearing is scheduled for December 18, 2017.
