Approve Cal Home Reuse program guidelines, including approval of maximum second mortgage loan limit of $38,000; authorize AmeriNat (loan servicing agency) to continue underwriting, servicing and maintaining Cal Home Reuse loans for gap financing (down payment assistance) activities in Visalia; and authorize staff to administer/implement the Cal Home Reuse Program.
