Public Hearing regarding the Property Assessed Clean Energy program (PACE) which authorizes local governments to create property tax finance districts to issue long-term financing to eligible property owners to install solar and energy efficiency projects. The hearing is to consider revocation or suspension of some or all previous Resolution 2013-21, 2014-16, and 2014-17 authorizing these programs in the City of Visalia.
