Council appropriate $70,000 from the Fleet Maintenance Fund for the installation of a Hirt burner at the Corporation Yard fueling facility. The installation will be performed by Franzen – Hill, the contracted fueling facility maintenance contractor for the City of Visalia and the only company who responded to a request for quotes for the work. This cost will be proportionately billed out to all Departments based on their fuel usage at the Corporation Yard fueling site.
