1) Public Hearing and Adoption of Amended Resolution 2017-49 which authorizes the City of Visalia to place Miscellaneous Special Assessments on the Tulare County secured property tax roll for Curb and Gutter, Sewer Connection, Deferred Parking in Lieu Fees, Deferred Impact Fees, Property-Based Business Improvement District, Northeast Improvement District, Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Districts, Landscape and Lighting Parks Construction, Village West Street Improvements , Orchard Walk East/West Utility Assessment District, Open Space Assessment District, Laura and Atwood Water Main Assessment District, Delinquent Utilities, Code Enforcement, and Weed & Lot Abatement. 2) Adoption of Resolution 2017-52 authorizing the City of Visalia to place the assessment for 401 W. Paradise Ave on the Miscellaneous Special Assessments of the Tulare County secured property tax roll.
