Authorize the City Manager to award and enter into a contract with Avison Construction, Inc. for the Installation of Traffic Signal and Intersection Improvements at Akers Street and Ferguson Avenue for the amount of $361,693.00 (Project Number 3010-72000/CP0192-999) and authorize an appropriation transfer of $420,000 from the State Transportation Fund (281) Traffic Signalization Project CP0038 to project CP0192.
