Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Del Ray Tire & Retreading for tires and retreading services for all City vehicles and equipment serviced by the Fleet Division. Pricing for this contract will "piggy back" on State of California contract pricing, The contract will be Not-To-Exceed $250,000.00 per year. Costs are allocated by the Fleet Division to the City divisions whose vehicles are receiving the tires. This contract would be for one year, with 4 one year optional extensions.
