Request authorization to award and to have the City Manager execute a one-year contract with five (5) Materials Testing Laboratory Consultants consisting of Moore Twining Associates, Kleinfelder, Krazan, Consolidated Testing Laboratories and NV5;and place these labs on a rotating call list for City Capital Improvement Projects (CIP). Each contract would be eligible for annual renewal up to four (4) additional consecutive years. The annual contract for each Materials Testing Laboratory Consultant shall not exceed $175,000.00.
