Authorize the City Manager to execute a new contract with DelRay Tire & Retreading for tires and retreading services for all City vehicles and equipment serviced by the Fleet Division. Pricing for this contract will "piggyback" on State of California contract pricing. The contract will be Not-To-Exceed $500,000 per year with the costs split monthly through allocations to the appropriate City divisions whose vehicles are receiving the tires. This contract will be for one year, with an option to annually renew for up to four years.
