Authorization to accept the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control’s ABC-OTS Grant Program funded by The Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and authorize the Chief of Police to execute and appropriate $30,000 in overtime expenditures for details targeting alcohol-related crimes through enforcement, education, and compliance checks with businesses engaged in the sale of alcohol in the city of Visalia. In addition, adopt Resolution 2022-62 for the administration of the grant.
