Receive an update of Groundwater Recharge Basins G and F at the East Side Regional Park site, and recommendation of the following actions: 1. Appropriate approximately $3,350,000 for Basin G (CP0185) from the funds identified in this staff report; 2. Decline and release a 2019 grant offer from the National Park Service (NPS) Land & Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) in the amount of approximately $2.4 million for the construction of Basin F (CP0371); 3. Authorize staff to pursue grant funding for the construction of Basin F.
