Introduction and first reading of Ordinance No. 2022-02, authorizing four (4) individual four (4) year leases for hangar space in the newly completed four (4) unit Corporate Hangar at the Visalia Municipal Airport to Robin Martella, Rick Bissat, Juan Rodriquez, and Joe Dawkins for the purposes aircraft storage, at the rate of Twenty-One Thousand Dollars ($21,000) annually each.
