Public hearing to be conducted per the requirements of the Tax and Equity Fiscal Responsibility Act and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 for the proposed issuance of revenue bonds by the California Municipal Finance Authority in an amount not to exceed $20 million to finance the Lofts Project, an 80-unit multifamily affordable housing complex to be located at 300 E. Oak Avenue, and adoption of Resolution 2021-56 approving the issuance of the bonds by the CMFA for the benefit of Self-Help Enterprises and authorizing the City Manager to execute the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement with the CMFA.
