Adoption of Resolution 2021-38 recognizing the expansion of the City of Visalia Urban Development Boundary from the current Tier I boundary to the Tier II boundary for Residential and Commercial (excluding Regional Retail) land use designations and to the Tier III boundary for Industrial land use designations in accordance with Land Use Policy LU-P-21 of the Visalia General Plan Land Use Element.
