7. 12 Public Hearing and Adoption of Revised Ordinance to Establish an Allocation System for the Oxnard and Pleasant Valley Groundwater Basins – (New Item) RECOMMENDATIONS: (1) Conduct a Public Hearing on the Revised Ordinance; (2) Adopt the Revised Ordinance.
8. 13 Findings and Recommendations from the Data Diagnostic Conducted by Environmental Science Associates – (New Item) RECOMMENDATION: Receive and file a presentation on this subject.
9. 14 Adopt the Las Posas Valley Basin Optimization Yield Study – (Returning Item) RECOMMENDATIONS: (1) Receive a Watermaster staff presentation on the Las Posas Valley Basin Optimization Yield Study and related Recommendation and Response Reports; and (2) Adopt the proposed Las Posas Valley Basin Optimization Yield Study.
