4. 8 Appoint a City Member as a Regular Commissioner to the Ventura County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo), for a Four-Year Term Effective January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2029; and if the Alternate Position is Vacated Due to the Currently Appointed Alternate becoming Appointed as a Regular Commissioner, Appoint a City Member as an Alternate Commissioner to LAFCo to Fill the Unexpired Term Ending December 31, 2027.
5. 9 Appoint a City Member as a Regular Director and Appoint a City Member as an Alternate Director to the Fox Canyon Groundwater Management Agency (FCGMA) Board of Directors, from the Eligible Cities of Camarillo, Moorpark, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, and Ventura, for Two-Year Terms Effective March 1, 2026, through February 29, 2028.
