- 23 Adoption of a Resolution to Accept Fiscal Year 2025-26 Transitional Housing Program and Housing Navigation and Maintenance Program Funding Allocations from the California Department of Housing and Community Development.

- 27 Authorization to Sign a New Agreement with the City of Thousand Oaks Allowing Unincorporated Residents’ Continued Participation in the City of Thousand Oaks Household Hazardous Waste Collection Program, Effective September 30, 2025, in an Amount of $180,000 in Fiscal Year 2025-26, and Adjusted Annually Thereafter Based on Pass-Through Operational Costs and Service Utilization; and Approval to Pay Invoices to the City of Thousand Oaks in the Amount of $63,580 for Collection Services Rendered March through June 2025.
- 28 Approval of an Easement Deed and Agreement Between the County of Ventura (County) and the City of San Buenaventura for the Installation of a City Underground Water Pipeline to Connect to State Water Under County-Owned Real Property, Formerly the Saticoy Dump; Supervisorial District No. 1.
- 29 Approval and Ratification of the Ventura County Watershed Protection District Director’s Execution of the Grant Agreement WP-1-2025-1 with the U.S. Department of Agriculture for $1,700,000 in National Resources Conservation Service Grant Funding for the Ventura River Watershed Plan; Watershed Protection District Zone No. 1; Supervisorial District No. 1.
