5. 7 Approval of Ventura County Sheriff's Office to Appoint Jim O’Tousa as an Extra-Help Employee to Fill a Critically Needed Position as a Retired Annuitant to Provide Necessary Geological and Land Survey Services to the County; Certify Mr. O’Tousa’s Employment and Appointment in Accordance with Government Code Section 7522.56, Subdivision (f)(1).
