Adoption of Resolution 2024-04 Canceling the Second Installment of the Las Posas Valley Watermaster Basin Assessment for Fiscal Year 2023-24 – (New Item) RECOMMENDATIONS: (1) Receive a presentation from Agency staff on current Las Posas Valley Watermaster cash flow, which includes a recommendation from the Agency's Fiscal Committee that the Watermaster cancel the invoicing and collection of the second installment of the Basin Assessment for Fiscal Year 2023-24; (2) Adopt a resolution canceling the second installment of the Basin Assessment for Fiscal Year 2023-24.
