(ESS) to Continue Implementation of the Voluntary Accelerated Vehicle Retirement (VAVR) Program for an additional $100,450 for a Total Contractual Not-to-Exceed Amount of $527,300, and Extending the Project Date of Completion to No Later than December 31, 2025; and Authorization for the Auditor-Controller to Process the Necessary Budgetary Transactions.
7. 13 Approval of, and Authorization of Grant Funding Requests for 32 New Agricultural Air Quality Projects and Two (2) Electric Charging Infrastructure Projects Under the Carl Moyer Memorial Air Quality Standards Attainment Program, Totaling $3,848,889; Direct the Air Pollution Control Officer (APCO) to Prepare a Grant Agreement for Each Approved Air Quality Project Utilizing the Standard Carl Moyer Program Grant Agreement; Authorization for the APCO to Sign the Grant Agreements on Behalf of the Air Pollution Control District and Make Any Necessary Minor Administrative Changes to the Grant Agreemen
