1. 3 PUBLIC HEARING - To members of the public who wish to participate, you may do so at the time the public comment portion of the hearing is opened. A Common Sense Rule for PZV 24-042 and PPM 24-025 to divide a 159.26 +/- acre parcel (APN 200-100-001) into two (2) parcels (Proposed Parcel No.1 = 15.27-acres and Proposed Parcel No. 2 = 143.99-acre), located in the AE-40 (Agricultural Exclusive – 20 Acre Minimum) Zone.
