  35. 10 Approve a Structure Lease Agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, dba AT&T Wireless a Delaware limited liability company to install a wireless telecommunications antenna and associated equipment on the rooftop of the County Administration Building at 675 Texas Street in Fairfield for a 5-year initial term effective January 9, 2024, with four successive 5-year options to extend the Agreement, for an initial rent of $3,000 per month with three percent (3%) annual increases; and Authorize the County Administrator or designee to execute the Structure Lease Agreement and any subsequent modifications or amendments, pending County Counsel concurrence, within the term of the lease Approved

  38. 11 Adopt a resolution declaring the former Beverly Hills Elementary School site located at 1450 Coronel Ave, Vallejo, California (APN: 0074-195-010) as surplus property and transferring the property to Child Start, Inc. subject to deed restrictions requiring Child Start, Inc. to use the property as an early learning center for at least 25 years; Approve a Funding and Construction Agreement with Child Start, Inc. to renovate the existing facility for use as an early learning center; and Authorize the County Administrator to execute the Funding and Construction Agreement and any other documents necessary to complete the restricted deed transfer of title to Child Start, Inc.
